Welcome to TeslaPaintShop.org ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our website and tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Description of Service
TeslaPaintShop provides a free, browser-based tool for creating and previewing digital vehicle-skin PNG files for the in-car Paint Shop / Colorizer workflow. Designs are processed locally in your browser.
2. Trademark Disclaimer
TeslaPaintShop is an independent community project and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. Tesla, Model 3, Model Y, Cybertruck, and related names and logos are registered trademarks of Tesla, Inc. Our use of these names is solely for descriptive purposes to identify compatible vehicles.
3. User Responsibilities
You are free to use TeslaPaintShop for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may upload your own images and patterns for use in the editor. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any images you upload do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. You may not use the tool to create designs that are offensive, illegal, or violate any applicable law.
4. Intellectual Property
The TeslaPaintShop website, code, UI, and original templates are owned by TeslaPaintShop or its contributors. Tesla names are used descriptively. Users retain rights to designs they create, subject to any rights in uploaded materials, third-party images, trademarks, or other protected content.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
TeslaPaintShop is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that designs created with our tool will perfectly match the appearance on your actual vehicle's display. Color accuracy depends on your monitor calibration and the Tesla display hardware. We are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle or its systems arising from the use of files generated by our tool.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall TeslaPaintShop be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (which is $0, as the service is free).
